CERTIFIED STAFF -
Teachers and Administrators- (less than 12 months): Annual salary divided by 26 pays - first 8/29/08 last 8/14/09. Tutors- Time cards and sheets turned in on pay day and paid two weeks later. Substitutes- Time cards turned in on pay day and paid two weeks later. Support Staff- Annual salary [(days x hours x rate of pay)] divided by 26 pays - first pay 8/29/08; last pay 8/14/09. All classified employees will complete a beige time card each pay with regular hours marked in regular column and any additional hours marked in O.T. column. Any additional hours will be paid two weeks later. All Staff - Let us e-mail notification of your direct deposit. All we need is your e-mail address (two are permissible--one at work and one at home). You receive your pay information on Wednesday of pay week...even though the money is not in the bank until Friday. This type of notification saves the district time and money by not having to print these notices. Absences- On pay day- -all teachers, administrators and tutors using time sheets must submit a GREEN absence card indicating the type of absences used. -all other tutors and hourly support staff must submit a BEIGE time card completing the back for personal illness and the front of the card with the number of hours used and applicable absence code under the absence column. Personal leave and professional leave requires prior approval by submitting the required request form. Classified staff must report absences on BEIGE time card. |
