STOMP SOUND ASSIGNMENT

“SEEING WITH YOUR EARS AND HEARING WITH YOUR EYES”

Assignment:
Bring into class the most interesting sound you can find at home: OR find the most interesting sound in the cafeteria and be prepared to play that sound.

SOUNDS FROM HOME:

1. OBJECTS: Bring in a paper bag and make sure no one sees or hears your sound before class. If your sound is too large to bring to school, you may tape your sound on an audio cassette (NO LIVE ANIMALS!)
2. SOUNDS FROM THE ROOM: Think of an unusual way to use the object to make a sound your classmates would not expect.
