SPONSOR OUR SCHOOL BY SAVING EMPTY INKJET, LASER,
FAX AND COPIER CARTRIDGES -
Don’t throw away
your empty ink jet, laser, fax and copier cartridges. We
will receive up to $8.00 per cartridge that you save for
us. Save the box to send your used cartridges to school.
There are over 200 different types of empty printer cartridges
that qualify and used cell phones can also be recycled.
RECYCLE NEWSPAPER, MAGAZINES, SHOPPING CATALOGS, MAIL, SCHOOL
AND OFFICE PAPER - Help us raise money, and at the same time,
help the environment, by dropping your paper in the “Paper Retriever”.
No sorting, just put the paper in the green and yellow recycling dumpster
in our parking lot. Please tell your family and friends.
CAMPBELL SOUP LABELS - We are continuing our collection of labels to
enable us to acquire extra equipment for our school. Please save and send in
those labels.
ACME CASH REGISTER RECEIPTS - Please save your Acme cash register
receipts. The school will receive 1% of the total receipts collected.
BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION - Keep cutting out those BoxTops for
Education and sending them in with your child. Don’t forget to put your
child’s room number on the back. Thank you for your support. Fun Facts: Our
school was built in 1969 and holds 18 classrooms.
We
are the only school in the district which offers a special needs
preschool for both children with and without disabilities.
OhioReads
volunteers work with children on a daily basis.
Children
can join K-Kids, a service group sponsored by the Kiwanis
Club of Stow-Munroe Falls.
Other
services provided: Children are also provided with music, art,
physical education, library services, and speech/language therapy
(if needed). A guidance counselor visits the school one and a
half days per week. A registered school nurse is at the school
each day from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
