Stow-Munroe Falls City School District rated Excellent by State

WHEREAS, the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District is deeply committed to student achievement; and

WHEREAS, the goals of the district incorporate the concept that student achievement is its primary objective; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Education expects and encourages all employees to assist every student in the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District to experience academic achievement; and

WHEREAS the Stow-Munroe Falls City School district located in the State of Ohio is required by state statute to administer Ohio Achievement Tests and Ohio Graduation Tests to its students; and

WHEREAS, the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District is rated by the State of Ohio based on student performance on the Ohio Achievement Tests and Ohio Graduation Tests through the Ohio Local Report Card each August based on the test results from the preceding academic year; and

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District was rated ≥Excellent≤ by the Ohio Department of Education on the Ohio Local Report Card in the month of August in the year 2007.
